A NEW START FOR ARGENTINE FOREIGN TRADE BEGINS
It is time to go out into the world.
Argentine is regaining weight in foreign trade.
In order to do it, it needs investments, competitiveness, to offer services to exporters and to access to word chains of value. Having into account this changes, Adrián Mercado presents its Foreign Trade Division, a new division to generate added value to the mining, industry, agribusiness and port sectors.
An economic regime favorable to investment and the excellent geological conditions make Argentina an attractive destination for investors in minerals.
Argentina is a country wealth in minerals. It is a producer and an exporter of raw material. It has deposits of metals like copper, gold, lead, silver and zinc; energetic minerals that include natural gas, petroleum and uranium, among others minerals which are important for many industrial and manufacturing applications, as cadmium and lithium.
Also, the long-awaited development of lithium deposits in the North of Argentina could turn this country in an important producer of this mineral in the short term. Argentina has a great geological potential because there is a 75 per cent of mining areas which remain unexploited.
