It is located only 100 km from the provincial capital and can be reached by National Route 75. It is located on the south side of the access road and west side of National Route 75.

Walnut plantations:
It has 6 hectares of walnut trees of 5 years old. They were bought in Bobafrut, a specialized nursery in Tunuyan (Route 92 km 15 Vista Flores, Mendoza, Argentina). It has a drip irrigation system that supplies the 6 hectares of walnut trees. It has its own shed. Furthermore, it also has another 6 hectares totally cleared.
The farm is located at more than 1,200 m above sea level, which makes it suitable for high altitude production. Excellent for vineyards, olive trees, melons, tomatoes, aromatic herbs.
Reservoir:
The farm has a dam of Natural Soil covered with 800 micron membrane of 83x60 m by 2.5 m deep.
The farm has a total of 3 dams: 2 concrete dams of 18x25 m by 2 m deep; and 8x4 m by 1.30 m deep. DAMS Concrete Dam Acequias 1 of Natural Soil covered with 800 micron membrane of 83x60 m by 2.5 m deep. The farm is located more than 1,200 m above sea level, which makes it suitable for high altitude production. It is considered excellent for vineyards, olive trees, melons, tomatoes, aromatic herbs, alfa, and livestock.
