Description of the facilities:
The facility is located on 12,402.63 m2 of land duly fenced with Olympic type perimeter wire, with two gates for the entrance and exit of trucks and a gate for personnel access. Next to the entrance gate there is a guard post and personnel files. The access and internal roads have been built in concrete to ensure the proper circulation of trucks and heavy equipment.
A sector has been set aside for parking private vehicles and for officials from official agencies involved in the export process. Both the premises and the sectors especially designed for processing and dispatching goods are monitored by a set of cameras that operate "on line" with access from the site and remotely via the Internet. At the same time, there is a system that records and stores the images in accordance with the customs regulations governing exports under the reliable operator regime.
The total covered area amounts to 5,405.55 m2, mainly for the processing lines, sheds for bulk and finished product storage, administrative offices, laboratory, canteen and staff changing rooms. The sheds were built with brick masonry walls and galvanized sheet metal, galvanized sheet metal roofs mounted on a parabolic structure, with wind ventilation and air recirculation systems, and concrete floors in all cases. The office area was built with brick masonry walls, sheet metal ceilings with suspended ceilings, ceramic tile floors and sheet metal openings.
Determination of inspection areas for SENASA and customs personnel:
The areas for inspections to be carried out by SENASA and Customs officials are located in the sheds used exclusively for storage and loading of containers with the finished product. For the inspection tasks, there is a forklift equipped with safety cages, 4 transfer belts for moving bags, and the appropriate personnel for their operation. There are also offices and restrooms for staff members, duly marked and equipped in accordance with current regulations. A sector has been set aside for exclusive parking for inspectors.
Reception of raw material:
The unloading of trucks with the natural product from the field is done through hydraulic dump trucks mounted on reception grids.
