Services rendered:
The company Red de Servicios Medicos S.A, is dedicated since October 2005 (Registration in DDPJ) to provide medical services within the Partido del Gran La Plata, Pcia. de Bs As. It is currently under agreement with PAMI to provide home hospitalization services within the area corresponding to UGL7, which covers the districts of Lobos, Chascomus, Alejandro Korn, General Belgrano, Cañuelas, Ranchos, Brandsen, Ensenada, Berisso, La Plata, Magdalena, Veronica, Pila and Castelli.
In addition, all the documentation required to sign the agreement with the IOMA social insurance company was submitted, although it has not yet been approved. The company is providing service to patients in La Plata, Berisso and Ensenada.
Home hospitalization:
The home hospitalization service consists of the provision of professional care at the patient's home for recovery, with visits by doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, home caregivers, according to modules and times pre-established by the patient's health insurance company.
The company's bylaws have been expanded to cover multiple functions, from import/export and sale of supplies and medicines to other items. The company does not have its own office, but rents it in the centre of the city. It is mainly used as a place to store all the documentation necessary to provide the service, such as patient medical records, and as an administrative coordination centre. The company has final authorization from the Municipality of La Plata, the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires, and the Superintendence of Health Services.
Professional staff:
The professional staff consists of three partners (two with 49% each, and the third with 2%), and three administrative employees (one of them is one of the partners, another with 11 years of seniority, and the third with 4 years of seniority).
Accounting matters:
It presents the last three balance sheets approved by the council of Economic Sciences of the province of Buenos Aires with a similar net result of annual turnover of around $15,000,000.
